Two decades after his big-screen debut, Akshay Kumar has released his first music video ever, titled Filhall, also featuring debutante Nupur Sanon. The song has gone viral, racking up close to 31 Million Hits within a day of its release.

Akshay Kumar dropped the song on his twitter profile. He captioned it, “After being in the industry for so long, I decided to make my music video debut because some things are better felt than explained. Presenting #Filhall! @nupursanon @BPraak @yourjaani @arvinderkhaira @AmmyVirk @DesiMelodies #CapeOfGoodFilms #FilhallSong”

The soft melody crooned by B Praak and penned by Jaani. The song also features Ammy Virk.  The five-minute song is a romantic ballad that speaks of pain and separation. While the fans are going gaga over the music video, it has received love from Bollywood as well. The song has garnered more than 31 million views on YouTube in just 48hrs.

Meanwhile on the work front, Akshay Kumar is busy with Sooryavanshi, which is directed by Rohit Shetty, and produced Rohit Shetty Picturez and Dharma Productions respectively, in association with Reliance Entertainment and Cape Of Good Films. It is the fourth installment of Shetty's Police Universe, and the costliest cop film ever made in the history of Indian cinema.

The film stars Akshay Kumar in the titular role along with Katrina Kaif as the female lead. Superstar Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh will make cameo appearances. It is scheduled for release on 27 March 2020.
