The queen of Indian television Ekta Kapoor has added another feather to her cap. The television producer-turned-film producer has launched a fashion line of sarees and accessories labeled as EK. And there is no doubt that just like her serials and films where she puts a lot of effort for every aspect, she will always have a lot of inputs and suggestions for this fashion range.
 
The range of sarees and accessories will be promoted on Best Deal TV, which is fresh collaboration between Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha and Raj Kundra. And unlike the expensive clothes that some of our celebrities wear which cost lakhs and sometimes even crores, this range is something that the middle-class can afford. Ekta herself appeared in an advertisement for a newspaper daily dressed in her own collection and price ranging Rs. 3,499 and 3,999 along with television actors like Anita Hassanandani. Ekta is the latest one to launch a fashion line after actress Sonam Kapoor and her sister Rhea had also set up a fashion label.
 
Several Bollywood celebrities were excited about hearing the news and they congratulated Ekta for her endeavour.

Ekta’s brother Tusshar Kapoor tweeted, ‘So on d auspicious occasion of Akshay trithya @EkmainaurEktu7 has launched a brand of sarees called brand EK! JAI MATA DI.’

Shraddha Kapoor who acted in Ekta’s production Ek Villain shared, ‘Congratulations to Ekta Kapoor on launching her own brand EK! Wooo wooo!@EkmainaurEktu7 ’.
