Tahira Kashyap directed a simple, sweet teen crush story 'Quaranteen Crush' as one of the six short stories from  'Feels Like Ishq' which was released on Netflix this year. The filmmaker-writer is now coming up with her debut feature film which is titled 'Sharmaji ki beti' which features Sakshi Tanwar, Divya Dutta and Saiyami Kher. She has been keeping busy with shooting for the film and now actress Divya Dutta has wrapped up her part for the film.

Film 'Sharmaji ki beti' is a comedy drama that peeks into the lives of modern middle-class urban women, all with the common surname of Sharma. Applause Entertainment and Ellipsis Entertainment have bankrolled the film.

The film stars Sakshi Tanwar, Saiyami Kher and Divya Dutta in lead roles. It also stars Pravin Dabbas and Sharib Hashmi.

On the work front, Divya will next be seen in Kangana's Ranaut 'Dhaakad' which is a spy thriller film which is directed by Razneesh Ghai.Kangana will be seen as Agent Agni in the film. The film also stars Arjun Rampal and Sharib Hashmi. The film is based on serious issues like child trafficking and crime against women.

She will also be seen in a Punjabi film 'Maa' which revolves around the beautiful relationship between mother and son.  Gippy Grewal, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Divya Dutta, Babbal Rai, Aarushi, Prince Kanwaljit will be seen playing pivotal roles in the film. Film will hit the cinemas on Mother's day 2022, i.e 6th May.
