Boman Irani fainted on the sets of Student Of The Year while shooting for the film in Bangkok. Boman who is doing a cameo role in the movie fainted due to dehydration. The star couldn’t bear the scorching heat of Bangkok and ultimately fainted. However, Karan’s team and his son Kayoze rushed to help him out. They took him to his vanity van and made him relax. Boman confirmed about this incident on twitter "Yes it's true. I did pass out on the sets of SOTY. No big deal. Karan & @kayoze and the team were too caring. Thanks for the concern! It was like hell in a microwave!!!!!" Student Of The Year is a romantic comedy directed and produced by Karan Johar and co-produced by Shahrukh Khan under the banner of Dharma Productions and Red Chilli Entertainment. Boman and his son Kayoze will be seen for the first time sharing some screen space in the film. The film is scheduled to release by mid 2012.
