Yet an another shameful Rape incidence in capital shook and angered the entire nation. The incidence which took place on Saturday where an uber cab driver allegedly beat a 27 year old young woman who had hired his cab and raped her has left a huge question mark regarding women’s safety in Delhi as well other parts of  our nation.


Many people blamed the cab service, Uber, for not following safety guidelines and not undertaking the mandatory police verification before hiring such drivers.

Bollywood celebs expressed their  disappointment about this incidence. Many Bollwood biggies took on tweeter to express their anger and disappointments.


Vishal Dadlani : “Taking a cab alone at night? Take a picture of the driver, with the numberplate, & send it to a friend. Should act as a basic deterrent.”

Akshay Kumar : "You hire a cab thinking its safer and pay more but sadly even that isn't an option anymore. Not sure how many more such incidents before we have stricter laws! #DelhiShamedAgain"


Rohit Roy: "Just the other day, a friend was recommending Uber very highly... Now this!! Appalling. It's like the guard at ur home robbing U!!"

Karan Johar: "Appalled at the @Uber incident!! If they didn't do an adequate background check of the driver they have no reason to operate anywhere!!!
