Actor Ayushmann Khurrana who is currently shooting in Chandigarh for his upcoming film, Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui, shared a candid picture with director Abhishek Kapoor, and termed him 'Top Guy'.

Ayushmann Khurrana is collaborating with Vaani Kapoor and filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor for the forthcoming athletic romantic drama Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui.  Billed as a “progressive love story”, the filming of the project is underway in Chandigarh.

The 'Shubh Mangal Savdhaan' star took to Instagram and shared a candid picture that showcases Abhishek and Ayushman while the filmmaker is seen passing on some instructions while engaged in a conversation. Ayushmann is seen sporting a different hairstyle as he ties his hair in a braid while sporting a white jacket and blue joggers.

The “Andhadhun” star will be seen playing a cross functional athlete in the project. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Pragya Kapoor.

Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui” marks the first collaboration of Khurrana, Vaani Kapoor and Abhishek Kapoor, who last helmed the 2018 romantic-drama Kedarnath”.

Khurrana was most recently seen in the satire “Gulabo Sitabo” which released on Amazon Prime Video in June, whereas Vaani Kapoor’s last cinematic appearance was the 2019 action spectacle “War”.
