“I am honoured that I got to sing National Anthem” says Alia Bhatt at the grand Final of Pro Kabaddi league match between Mumbai and Bangalore teams.

The finale of Pro Kabaddi League 2015 saw the presence of several stars including Katrina Kaif, Saif Ali Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Geeta Ambani and MS Dhoni.

“It was the first time for me to be at Kabaddi league. I sang National Anthem. It was a big thing for me. I hope I sang it properly as I was very nervous” says Alia.

Mumbai team is owned by Unilazer Sports and Bengaluru team by Kosmik Global Media. The grand final was a spectacle. 

“I just want to wish good luck to both the team, Mumbai and Bangalore, but I am on Mumbai side, as I am from Mumbai” says Alia.

Alia Bhatt is currently gearing for her “Shaandaar” with Shahid Kapoor which is directed by Vikas Bahl and slated for October release.

Then she has two other projects, Udta Punjab with Shahid Kapoor, which will release next year and Kapoor & Sons, with Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan.
