Superstar Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh are playing the lead roles in Good Newwz, which is comic caper around IVF. And now actor Akshay Kumar introduces his character in the most hilarious way.

Akshay Kumar just dropped a detailed character poster from the film. He plays the role of Varun Batra, who has a list of traits and one includes listening to his wife. Good Newwz is about two couples tryst with vitro fertilisation. The trailer introduced the fans to Akshay and Kareena, a modern day couple, who has no success in getting pregnant so they opt for IVF method for delivery. They are the awkward Batra family, who ends up meeting with yet another Batra couple, Kiara and Diljit, facing the same predicament. What follows is a hilarious ride, when their partner’s sperms and eggs are mixed.

The film is directed by debutant Raj Mehta and produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Hiroo Yash Johar, Shashank Khaitan and Aruna Bhatia under their respective banners Dharma Productions and Cape of Good Films.

It is scheduled for release on 27 December 2019.
