Bollywood heartthrob Sidharth Malhotra who will soon be seen on big screens in his upcoming release ‘Brothers’, after a huge gap of a year post his last release ‘Ek Villain’, had all praises for his ‘Brothers’ co-star Akshay Kumar.

Sidharth who was all present yesterday at a press meet regarding his film’s promotions along with his co-stars Akshay and Jacqueline, stated that Akshay has always been very helpful during shoot of their film, as Akshay being an expert himself in action sequences and martial arts, he used to give valuable tips and suggestions to Siodharth during the shoot.

Akshay earlier in an interview had stated that he is pretty impressed with Sidharth’s action sequences which Sidharth has done all by himself, when asked about the same, Sidharth said, “I’m extremely happy to receive such compliment from Akshay. Akshay has been sweet and encouraging, as we have spent lot of time working with each other during the shoot of ‘Brothers’.
Akshay knew it very well that I don’t have any background related to martial arts, so receiving such compliment is very exciting.”
“I will try to do much more and much better action sequences in films in future.” added the young actor.

Talking about the film, ‘Brothers’ is an official remake of Hollywood hit ‘Warriors’.
 
Apart from Akshay and Sidharth, the sequel also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Jackie Shroff and Shefali Shah.

‘Brothers’, is been directed by Karan Malhotra, and produced by Karan Johar.

The film will release on 14th August.
