
Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor who was last seen on big screens in Vikramjeet Singh’s ‘Roy’, happens to be all busy these days with promotions of his upcoming release ‘Bombay Velvet’ in which the dashing actor will be seen as street fighter and performing some hardcore action sequences.
The actor was who was recently present at an event spoke about fitness and its importance, Ranbir stated that he does feel that sporting big muscles doesn’t guarantee that a person is fit, as the actor said, “People think that being fit is having an aesthetic body, where you look good visually, your muscles are pumping, and stuff like that. I don’t think that really keeps you fit.”
The actor further added, “What keeps you fit is your diet, constantly moving around, not being lazy.”
The actor also spoke about common misconception that brawniness means fitness. As he said, “It is a misconception that if I have big muscles, I am a fit person; I could be the most unfit person.” If that wasn’t enough to make things clear, he went on to add: “Gym is not fitness. Gym is just a part of fitness.”
Talking about ranbir’s film ‘Bombay velvet’, the young actor for the very first btime will be seen opposite gorgeous actress Anushka Sharma for the very first time.
Apart from Ranbir and Anushka, ‘Bombay Velvet’ also stars filmmaker Karan Johar in lead.
