We have all seen actress Sonakshi sinha enacting various kinds of roles. She has shown her romantic side in films like ‘Dabangg’ ‘R…. Rajkumar and doing high octane stunts in ‘Akira’ and ‘Force 2’. Now she has decided to go grey in her next bollywood project ‘Ittefaq’.

The film is a modern-day remake of the Rajesh Khanna- Nanda 1969 hit of the same name, She will for the first time teaming up with Sidharth Malhotra.

Talking about the film, Sonakshi said, "The script has been modernised, and my part has shades of grey. It's not entirely like Nanda's. This is the first time I will be playing such a character and I'm excited about that. It's the novelty of the part that drew me to it."

Talking about working with Sidharth she said, "Sidharth is a little occupied with some professional commitments, and we'll start as soon as he gets done. I've known him socially, but this is the first time we're working together".

Sonakshi will get into prep mode in a matter of days, since the film is expected to roll in February.
Meanwhile, Sonakshi completing shooting of her next film ‘Noor’ in which she plays modern age journalist.
