Filmmaker Karan Johar’s productional ‘Kapoor And Sons’ happens to be in news all over from very long time.

The film starring the dashing Sidharth Malhotra, Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan and the gorgeous Ali Bhatt is indeed one of the most talked upcoming releases in Bollywood.

The latest news related to the film is, Sidharth and Fawad who will be seen in as brothers in the film, will also be seen in as tough competitors.

Yes, you read it right. Apart from playing brothers, the duo will be seen playing roles of writers who are in tough competition with one another, to prove who the better writer is.

In an interview to media at a  recent event in Mumbai, Fawad said, “ ‘Kapoor and Sons’ Sidharth and I are brothers competing with one another as authors or writers,”

The ‘Khoobusrat’ actor further stated that he is indeed having a whale of time shooting for the film with his talented co-stars, as Fawad said, “‘Kapoor & Sons’ has a lineup of other great actors. Sidharth, Alia, Rishi sahab (Rishi Kapoor), Ratnaji (Ratna Pathak Shah), Rajat sir (Rajat Kapoor). All of them are fantastic actors and great people to work with. We’re hoping to see that it releases sometime in the first quarter of next year.”

The film is a triangle love story between Sidharth, Alia and Fawad, with perfect mixture of comedy and drama added to it.

‘Kapoor And Sons’ is being directed by Shakun Batra, and will hit big screens on 18th March all over
