The team of ‘Fukrey Returns’ including Pulkit Samrat, Ali Fazal, Richa Chadha, Varun Sharma and Manjot Singh spotted together at multiple food joints promoting their upcoming film ‘Fukrey Returns’ on Tuesday in Mumbai. During media, interaction, Pulkit associated his co-stars with food dishes.

“Ali Fazal is Kakori Kabab and Richa Chaddha is like Hot Chocolate and Manjot is like Pineapple cake with a cherry on top,” said Pulkit Samrat.

Varun Sharam aka Choocha took the opportunity and called Pulkit Samrat, Hakka Noodles.   

“I think Pulkit Samrat is like Hakka Noodles,” said Varun.

Fukrey Returns was earlier slated for 8th December but was postponed to release on 15th December but with the sudden turn of events, the movie makers just confirmed that the movie will release on the original date, which is 8th December.  

Confirming the same, Pulkit Samrat also added that releasing on the original date will help them have a good run at the box-office.

“We’re excited about the original date, 8th December release. Now for whatever fortunate or unfortunate reasons, we’re back to original date, which is nice as it will hopefully give us a good run” said Pulkit Samrat.

Richa Chadha, who reprises her role of Bholi Punjabun in the film, expressed that she is proud of the film.

“The movie is well made, we’re very proud of it and you’ll see us more roaming around and promoting the film,” said Richa Chadha.

Fukrey Returns is an upcoming buddy comedy film, directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. The film is the sequel to 2013 film Fukrey. Being one of the most anticipated films of 2017, it is set to release on 8 December 2017.
