Nargis Fakhri, who has flown to the US to do a film where she has a small role with Paul Feig, says she had a blast working with Ileana D'Cruz and Varun Dhawan because they had no egos and were child-like. However the actress says that she cannot deny that there are people in Bollywood who have "mental problems, like psychological issues." The actress says, "The industry can cause a lot of problems - self-esteem issues, people turn manipulative, people fake it. It's true because a human being is very fragile and unfortunately - and I am not saying everyone starts out like that."
