National Award winning filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar has been all busy from past number of weeks promoting his latest directorial venture ‘Calendar Girls’, which is on verge of its release.

Recently, the talented filmmaker was all present at Glamorous Shopping Extravaganza in Mumbai, along with the star cast of his film.

The versatile filmmaker who is well known for making realistic films, in an interview over there with media stated that he is all excited with the kind of response which he has been getting following the film’s trailer and songs.

As Madhur said, “I have been receiving amazing response by the audience for the trailer and songs from the ‘Calendar Girls’. It’s indeed very exciting to know that people are keen to watch the film despite the fact that it has newcomers and also with the fact that the film is been made with limited budget. So that itself according me is a huge achievement”

Talking about the film, ‘Calendar Girls’, has been in news from a very long time.

The film has five actresses in lead in form of  Kyra Dutt, Avani Modi, Ruhi Singh, Satarupa Pyne and Akanksha Puri.

‘Calendar Girls’, will release on 25th September.
