Actor Darshan Kumar who was last seen on big screens playing husband to Priyanka Chopra in ‘Mary Kom’, will soon be seen in a role exact opposite to it.
In ‘Mary Kom’, one did get to see Darshan playing a character of a caring and supportive husband for which Darshan earned all praises from women all across. But, the actor in his upcoming release ‘NH10’ will be seen in a negative role as he will be seen in a very unique role, the one which Darshan is quite sure that women all across even those who praised him for ‘Mary Kom’ will definitely hate. As Darshan will be seen torturing, hurting and abusing ‘NH10’s leading lady Anushka Sharma.
Talking about the same, Darshan in an interview said, “No two roles can be more dissimilar. If women loved me in ‘Mary Kom’ and thought of me as the ideal husband, in ‘NH10′, I play the kind of man who is every woman’s nightmare,”
The actor also stated that it was tough for him to get himself ready for a character that one will get to see when ‘NH10’ releases. As Darshan said, “It wasn’t easy. I had to completely change my attitude to women. I had to convert my mindset from that of a considerate compassionate man to a man-monster.”
‘NH10’, is been directed by Navdeep Singh and it is been produced by Vikramaditya Motwane,Anushka Sharma, Anurag Kashyap,Karnesh Sharma, Sunil Lulla, Vikas Bahl.
‘NH10’, will hit big screens all over on 13th march.
