Versatile actor R Madhavan who was last seen on big screens in ‘Jodi Breakers’ happens to be all busy these days promoting his upcoming release ‘Tanu weds Manu Returns’.
 
The actor who is also well known for his performance in TV shows, in an interview stated that he won’t be doing fictional shows on TV, as the actor said, “I will not do fiction shows on TV. I feel whatever said and done, a film star is a film star. There are some wonderful TV actors who are doing a good job but, when a film actor does TV then he gets back to the same small screen zone,” 

Talking about the same, the actor further added, “I’ve done some wonderful performance on TV…even better than films. But once people watch it, they just forget it. The impact is not strong. So, films and TV are different. In Hollywood, the quality of TV is way better than films,” 

Talking about his upcoming release ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’, the film is a sequel to 2011 released hit film ‘Tanu Weds Manu’.

So far the trailer and songs from the film is been very well accepted by the audience all over.

The film is been directed by Anand L Rai and will hit big screens on 22nd may.
