The long awaited debut film of Farhan Akhtar is finally gearing up for release; the first official poster of “The Fakir Of Venice” is out and looks promising.

We all know that Farhan debuted with “Rock On!!” in bollywood, but that was not meant to be his debut, the actor was supposed to make debut with “The Fakir of Venice” which somehow got delayed, but, now the makers are gearing up for the release of the film.

The first look of the film was released recently; it showed Farhan and Annu Kapoor in hermit attire. The unconventional pairing is the high point of the first look of their upcoming film. The tagline on the poster, ‘Watch the con unfold from Mumbai to Venice,’ is suggestive of their professions in the film.

The film is directed by ad filmmaker Anand Surapur and also stars Kamal Sidhu in a pivotal role.

Currently, Farhan has started shooting for Lucknow Central in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
