Gorgeous actress Deepika Padukone who was last seen on big screens in Farah Khan’s ‘Happy New Year’ opposite Shah Rukh Khan, happens to be all busy with promotions of her film ‘Piku’.



The gorgeous actress was all present at Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai to seek Lorde Ganesha’s bleesings prior to release of her film.


The actress was seen all dressed up in desi avatar, as she flashed her dimpled smile to people present over there and happily posed for shutterbugs there.  


Talking about her film ‘Piku’, the film also stars Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and versatile actor Irrfan Khan in lead.


The film is sweet and simple story about an aged father and his young daughter.


So far the trailer and songs from the film is been very well accepted by Bolywood movie buffs.


‘Piku’, is been directed by Shoojit Sircar and it released all over today.
