We are all fans of certain celebrities and we have our list of favourites always. Just imagine, if one of our favourite actor, sportsperson or author calls us and speaks to us, how would be our reaction? Something similar happened with Anupam Kher’s mother. Mr. Kher posted on microblogging website twitter, ‘Thanks @msdhoni for talking to my Mom on phone. She has told whole world about it including me more than 100 times.:)’ Kher also posted a picture with Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his wife Sakshi with the tweet.

Anupam Kher and MS Dhoni were present at the wedding ceremony of cricketer Suresh Raina’s wedding. Kher also posted a picture with Raina as well as with cricketer Irfan Pathan.

Kher has always shared feelings and facts about his mother. He had even shared a picture of his mother taking him to shopping one day. And tweeple commenting ‘Mamma’s boy’ which was interesting.

This also proves the fact that cricketers enjoy tremendous fan following all around the world. If an elderly person like Mrs. Kher can have a fan moment just by talking on the phone and gushing about it to her friends, then there’s nothing wrong when people say cricket is a religion in India.
