Veteran actress Sridevi's elder daughter Jhanvi Kapoor is on the verge of making her foray into Bollywood.The 17-year-old is likely to be launched by the master of big banner productions, Karan Johar.

The filmmaker after having launched Alia Bhatt quite successfully in "Student of the Year" is now gearing up for a lavish launch of Kapoor. Johar, who is said to have known the starlet for a long time, is now giving serious thoughts to her Bollywood debut. Quite like "SOTY" the teen's debut vehicle is likely to feature a fresh cast and the required nitty-gritty with respect to the project is presently underway, informed a source to the tabloid.

Meanwhile, Kapoor who has been a regular face in events with her gorgeous mother Sridevi, is said to be grooming herself.
