‘Daawat-E-Ishq’ happens to be one of the most talked about film’s of the year. The film has Aditya Roy Kapur opposite Parineeti Chopra. It will be for the first time where the audience will get to see Aditya & Parineeti together on big screens.
In the film Aditya will be seen playing a role of a cook. The actor did have to prepare to suit the character that he is playing in the film. Aditya says that he can’t cook & the role was entirely different from what he has done so far in his earlier films.
Talking about his character in the film, the actor says, "The zone which I have entered in the film is completely alien to me. I have never been to Lucknow and I can't cook. The best I can do is make coffee, scrambled eggs and Maggi! I completely went with his direction. My father is an excellent cook so I took a few chopping lessons from him which really came handy during the shoots."
The film is been directed by Habib Faisal & Produced by Aditya Chopra. The film will release on 19th September under Yash Raj banner.
