Pretty actress-singer Shruti Hassan is been gaining wonderful response from all over for wonderful Romantic song ‘Joganiyan’ for which she has lend her voice. Shruti happens to be all excited with all the response that’s being poured over her by her fans, followers and movie buffs here.

The pretty actress-singer will also been in a song from ‘Tevar’ titled ‘Madamiyan’ where she will be seen shaking her legs with Arjun Kapoor. Talking about the song in an interview to a leading tabloid , Shruti said, "It’s a fun song, and it’s not an item number; it’s a special track,"

Talking about grooving to steps of the song Arjun  had all praises for Shruti, as he said, "I give her all the credit. She didn’t have time to attend rehearsals, but she did a good job by giving her hundred per cent on the sets."

Talking about the same Shruti said, "We are good friends. I had already sung Joganiyan for Tevar when Arjun called me for this song and I was more than happy to work with him,"

Asked If it was odd to be playback singing for another actress in the film, Shruti replied, "Not at all. The truth is, I began my career as a playback singer, so I’ve been lending my voice to actors for quite some time now."

Other than Arjun Kapoor, the film also stars Sonakshi Sinha and Manoj Bajpayee in lead. The film is been directed by Amit Sharma and produced by Sanjay Kapur. The filmn will hit big screens on 9th January 2015.
