Veerappan (None Like Him Ever Existed) is an upcoming Indian biographical film written and directed by Ram Gopal Varma, based on the life of Indian bandit Veerappan, and the events leading to Operation Cocoon to capture and kill Veerappan.[ The trailer was released on 18 April 2016. The film starring Sandeep Bharadwaj, Sachiin J Joshi, Usha Jadhav, and Lisa Ray in pivotal roles is slated to release worldwide on May 27, 2016. The film is heavily based on Ram Gopal Varma's Kannadadocudrama super-hit Killing Veerappan, and hence the Hindi version too is raising hopes of a good show at the box office
