Tere Jism Se Jaan Tak is a suspense thriller with the love story of Vikrant and Nisha as the backdrop. 

The much in love Vikrant and Nisha decide to visit Vikrant's late uncle's bungalow and whilst there, Vikrant reveals his desire to own this lavish place. Nisha agrees to support her boyfriend and later, Vikrant mentions of two conditions required for him own to this bungalow: He needs to be married and to prove that he is not an impotent. Soon after, they contact a lawyer to fulfill these conditions but are trapped when the lawyer finds out that the two are lying about their wedding. As the lawyer starts putting down his own set of conditions Nisha learns about a mysterious phase of Vikrant's life, a woman named Bobby.
