Off screen pair Ritesh Genelia made a good start with this year. Ritesh Genelia who just got married this month 3rd feb made it to the fame for the movie. Lot of people made it today first day first show. Star really knows it well how to get into the limelight. The off screen Jodi associated well with on screen romance. The Romance mixed with comic punches dragged it to same genre that of Jodi breakers.  Both the movies are giving tough time to each other on silver screens.

Well as far as the film is concerned Genelia spreads her bubliness in the film with her husky voice and Ritesh as a sweet partner supports her acting in the entire movie. The off screen chemistry flourished and blossomed like a flower on the silver screens too.

The movie is all about a decent, small town Ambitious rick driver Viren who works for a business man Bhatti.  And Bhatti’s daughter Mini. Mini is fun loving, cute and bubbly daughter of Bhatti family, who was been forced to get married to a guy she doesn’t like. Mini wanted get rid of this marriage but had no clues, HOW?

One fine day Viren steps in to meet Bhatti for some money. He was totally drunk. Mini plays a wise act and escapes away with Viren, living behind an impression of her being kidnapped by Viren.  And unlike other Hindi filmy stories Mini and Viren fall in love. Will this bhagam bhag love story have a happy ending? Check it out!!!

As far as acting is concerned Mini played by Genelia is bubbly fun loving Punjabi kudi. Genelia almost played her real life character. She looked super cute and her dialogue delivery is also very sweet. Overall she has given a marvelous performance. I won’t be wrong if I say Genelia is the soul of the film. The chemistry with her husband is too good. Although she is Ritesh’s adorable darling People will really admire her in this movie.  Ritesh has always been into comic roles. Unusually this time he is not into his comic sense.  But in this film he really stands out decent in romantic role. He has a natural mischief about him which backs his outstanding performance. Debut Director Mandip Kumar’s work seems average. Though being a good plot the screenplay backlogged the movie. It would have been excellent if they would have played more with the colors and scenes of Punjab.  The pace of the film is very slow. On the other note they could have made the screenplay crisper.  In short the director failed to pull of the film in totality.

The release just after marriage gave it a solid synergetic publicity. The story, the pair, the songs, comic punches, and the cinematography in short all different walks of movie fell in place and made it a good complete entertaining package. The song Pe Pa Pe Pa is a good pick from the lot and is very catchy that would churn into your mind. The song Piya has a silent soothing effect. After a stretched and boring first half the second half comes alive. The plot of the movie is good and the story is simply sweet. As I said earlier due to weak screenplay the movie looks average. Ritesh Genelia did justice with their character sketch and that’s what makes the film a must watch.

As far as rating goes Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya could be given Max to Max three stars*. Ritesh Genelia’s performance makes the movie light heartened and relaxing. It won’t be bad option for weekend entertainment. It’s a family show time.
