With over two decades of experience in hospitality industry, Bhupinder always felt he could do more. Leaving a high paying job to pursue your passion and urge to do more is not easy. You have to think multiple times before taking the plunge. While starting a new venture has its own challenges, managing your home front with ease is equally important. Maintaining a right balance is what helps make a new venture successful.

With support from Sunita, his wife, and backing of his family Bhupinder finally took the plunge in 2019 and started his own venture called 3EDGE Hospitality Private Limited.

Determined to make it big in hospitality industry and relying on his years of experience, Bhupinder started 3EDGE on a very positive note and has already bagged multiple big projects to his credit.

With two decades of diversified work experience in Hotel Operations, he has actively been a part of hotel openings, hotel renovations, policy formulation, process-setting and layout, as well as setting up strategies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning across departments. 

He believes in leading by example and is a great team player. Having an eye to detail, deep-diving into the nitty-gritties of processes is something he has always believed in. Having dedicated his career to Hotels, 3EDGE Hospitality Private Limited happened naturally for him.
