After massive hit Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, actress Nushrat Bharucha bagged two massive movies, Turram Khan and Dream Girl and expresses that she is feeling lucked out.
Nushrat Bharucha was interacting with media on the sidelines of her Birthday Bash here in Mumbai.
Talking about her two big projects, Nushrat said, “I think I have lucked out, I had a hit and now I got two new films and both are with people who have their forte in the kind of the films they are doing. So I am really happy”
Dream Girl is a romantic comedy drama film starring Ayushmann Khurrana, the film is directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, under the banner of Balaji Motion Pictures.
Further adding, she said, “Dream girl is very quirky, comedy and full on entertainment film. I am working with Ayushmann Khurrana, and he is really good”
Hansal Mehta directorial Turram Khan reunites Nushrat Bharucha with Rajkummar Rao post their cult movie LSD in 2010.
Talking about working with Rajkummar and the film, Nushrat said, “When you do your first thing with someone, you know, it is always memorable. I did my first movie with Rajkummar Rao, we both were very new and it was such a great experience. Ever since then every time I have met him, we both would talk about when are we going to work together again? We thought LSD 2 will shape up or something else will work out but nothing happened, and now it has happened and I am extremely excited”
The film is a social comedy by filmmaker Hansal Mehta and it is produced by Ajay Devgn, Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg.
