Finally, humanitarian actor Sonu Sood breaks his silence over Income Tax Raids and allegedly hiding money and trying to fans and media since last 4 days.
Sonu Sood, whose philanthropic efforts during the pandemic crisis won huge praise, was raided for four days in a row by the Income Tax department, which alleges that he evaded taxes worth over 20 crore.
Actor Sonu just took to his social media shared a press note. He captioned it, “Sakth Raaho Me Bhi Aasan Safar Lagta Hai, Har Hindustani Ki Duwaao Ka Asar Lagta Hain...Time Will”
The note read, “You don’t always have to tell your side of story. Time will. I have pledged myself to the service of the people of India with all my strength and heart. Every rupee in my foundation is awaiting its turn to save a precious life and reach the needy. In addition, on many occasions, I have encouraged brands to donate my endorsement fees for humanitarian causes too, which keeps us going"

Meanwhile on the work front, Sonu Sood will soon be seen in Prithviraj, a historical action drama film directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi and produced by Yash Raj Films.
The film is based on life of Prithviraj Chauhan, starring Akshay Kumar as Prithviraj Chauhan, while Manushi Chhillar makes her Hindi film debut by playing his beloved wife Sanyogita. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Ashutosh Rana, Sakshi Tanwar, Manav Vij and Lalit Tiwari in other important characters.
