Shilpa Shetty Kundra confirms that she will be soon be making her comeback to big screen and start something exciting on OTT platform on the sidelines of recent media interaction.
Actress Shilpa Shetty hosted a press-meet to mark International Yoga Day and talk about health, fitness and her comeback. The actress shifted gears post her marriage, she is currently one of the busiest celebrity judges on television reality based shows but now the actress confirms she is ready for a comeback and reading scripts.
Talking about her comeback plans on silver-screen and exploring OTT platform, Shilpa said, “I am mentally prepared to make a comeback and I got some five scripts on my table, which I am reading. So yeah, they are very interesting scripts. So definitely the big screen and OTT, I am looking at both”
Shilpa is noted for her fabulous-figure and love for yoga. She also put emphasis on diet and Nutrition.
She added, “Nutrition is really important and it is really important to make people aware that you can only make your body with just Yoga, Pilates or Weight Training. It is 30 percent of any kind of training, and 70 percent of your nutrition. When it comes to food, pay attention to what, how, when, why and how much you are eating, and how much of it you’re actually chewing, it is really important to have information about it as well”
“When you’re buying your stuff in super-market, please read the label carefully and pay attention what’s in that food can. It is really important to have awareness about Nutrition, because we’re living in a time and age, where everything comes with impurity and I really feel it’s terrible time” added actress.
Shilpa also give credit to Yoga for changing her life. She said, “Yoga has not just changed my life; it has changed my body, my mind, and my prospective on things. It has also changed the way I look, in terms of age, which is honestly just a perk. But internally it changes you and the way you perceive things”
Shilpa Shetty has done some cameo roles over time, movies like Om Shanti Om, Dostana and Dishkiyaoon but her last full fledged role was in Apne, also starring Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol and Dharmendra.
