Actor, producer Jimmy Shergill is all set for his upcoming web series, ‘Rangbaaz Phirse’, says that he is not at all aware about the working strategy of web series, as it’s totally a new platform for him. He further added that this is his first web series and doesn’t knows how the system of feedback works.

'Rangbaaz Phirse' is the second season of ZEE5 flagship franchise based on a true story of Shri Prakash Shukla who was a notorious and most wanted criminal/gangster of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The series shows his journey from a DDU student to becoming the second most wanted criminal in India.

When asked due to an extensive gap in his career, how nervous he is about the outcome of his web series, on this Jimmy said, I am not at all aware about the working strategy of web series. This is my first time and I don’t know how the system of feedback works. Once the show will go on air, I’ll come to know about the reviews and comments of the series.”
Discussing more about the differences between the shootings of films and web series, Jimmy said, “While shooting for the series I didn’t find the difference of a single penny between web series and films shootings. It’s the same techniques and camera. Even the actors, music directors, directors were also same, so I was very comfortable shooting with them. The only difference was the duration. The films are too lengthy and takes lots of time to complete, whereas shooting for web series you don’t even come to know the when it ended.”
'Rangbaaz Phirse' is directed by Bhav Dhulia. The ensemble features Jimmy Shergill, Gul Panag, Sushant Singh, Zeeshan Ayub and Sharad Kelkar in the lead roles. The series will start streaming from 20 December 2019 on ZEE5.
