Superstar Mahesh Babu and Sharad Kelkar honours the brave-hearts of Indian seas, wishes Navy personnel on Indian Navy Day.
Navy Day in India is celebrated on 4 December every year to recognize the achievements and role of the Indian Navy to the country. On this date, 4 December was chosen as on that day in 1971, during Operation Trident, the Indian Navy sank four Pakistani vessels including PNS Khaibar, killing hundreds of Pakistani Navy personnel. On this day, those who martyred in the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971 are also remembered.

Meanwhile on the work front, Babu's next film, Sarkaru Vaari Paata will mark his maiden collaboration with director Parasuram. The project is jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels and G Mahesh Babu Entertainment while SS Thaman is scoring the music of one of the most-awaited films.
Sharad Kelkar starrer Darbaan with ZEE5 premiered today with positive response. The film is directed and produced by Bipin Nadkarni under the banner of Opticus Picture Company with Yogesh Beldar as co-producer. The film also stars Sharib Hashmi, Rasika Dugal, Flora Saini and Harsh Chhaya, follows the story of a master and his caretaker.
