Farah Khan was spotted at the inauguration of Marshalls's 15th Showroom in Mumbai. The director on Saturday said, creative and sports should be beyond politics and beyond boundaries like music is.
Farah who has always supported talent and fellow fraternity members was asked to comment about Pakistani actors being banned from the country she said, "I think creative and sports people should not be banned from any country. Creative and sports should be beyond politics and beyond boundaries like music is. It's truly sad."
When asked about her association with Marshall's Farah said, she loves their designs and it has become a household name for her, like family. "I am very house proud and love to keep making changes in my house decor. I am not interested in jewelry, I am more interested in furniture, or any home furnishing materials."
While talking about her favorite house other than her own the 'Om Shanti Om' director said, she loves Gauri and Shah Rukh's house Mannat. "I think the best home is the one that invites you in with love, feeds you and shares happiness. But if you are asking in terms of interiors, a lot of people have beautiful houses. Mannat is really beautifully done and Ritesh Deshmukh 's house is very tasteful.
I can't say Sajid's house because it had been turned into a bachelor pad and kept like a pig sty but a lot of people have very good taste and beautiful homes."
Farah's last directorial release was 2014's 'Happy New Year' starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani, Vivaan Shah and Jackie Shroff.
